The room design and hot water

It was warm and good location, place is clean.

Perfect location for our overnight stay, checked in seemlessly and had a plesant stay. Staff was friendly, although there was a bit of a hiccup in the middle of the night but it was sorted immediately.
Noise level from other rooms, especilly those who check-in late, that needs to be looked into. Not sure if I missed it but it would be helpful to have a sign or some sort of notification so that people are aware not to make noise.

Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean
Unfortunately we experienced load shedding and they're system failed but they tried their best to make us enjoy our stay even went out of their way to bring us hot water when we needed it
