The townhouse is located close to everything, had plenty of space for our family of three, and was pet friendly! Although the Gators lost regionals, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this house to anyone coming to Gainesville and needing a great place to stay!

We had a great stay for UF graduation. Close to campus. Clean and comfortable. Easily accommodates guests as listed. We had everything we needed. Wawa is close as well as First Watch for breakfast. We also visited Swamp Head brewery nearby. Check-in was easy and the communication with the rental company was clear and concise providing all the info we needed in advance.
