We absolutely loved the beach access—it made our stay so convenient and relaxing. When we first arrived, the cupcakes with our names on them were such a special and thoughtful touch by the owners. It truly felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. This was the best Christmas gift I could have given my family. We can’t wait to come back!

We came for spring break with 2 toddlers to visit family and friends, and we couldn't have been more pleased with this property and its staff! Everything was perfect, from the lodging to the location and all the available beach stuff. We definitely will stay here again!

Fantastic …views are unmatched …absolutely breathtaking…Very clean …well maintained …location is fantastic…

The property is ok on the inside but definitely in need of some up keep and work on the outside. It’s an older condo and you have full time tenants that live underneath it with their dog on one side. Even though you are on the top floor you still hear everything underneath you from doors slamming to people walking around. It’s not a concrete structure like a lot of the newer ones where you don’t get all that noise believe it is an older wood structure. The people we dealt with were very nice no problem booking or checking in or out just for that price we have stayed in a lot better places on the beach with much more privacy. There is a 10 o’clock quiet time so if you plan on going out and eating then getting ice cream or whatever else when you come back if it’s past 10 the people under you will complain about you just coming in and getting ready for bed even though you try to be polite and quiet. Overall I am pretty positive I wouldn’t stay here again and like I said lots of newer places in that area once we started looking around.
