The best thing about this was great location of the apartment. Very close to the Sao Bento train station and all the restaurants. The staff who helped with check in were super nice and helpful. The apartment was clean, however there minor hiccups that stopped me from given it 5 star rating. The lockbox to the apartment was apparently broken which caused slight inconvenience. No big deal. They replaced the lock immediately and the lockbox in a day or two. The TV was missing and there were holes in the wall and dust on the floor as if it was very recently removed before my check in. The WiFi connection wasn’t great. I don’t blame the apartment owner, it’s probably just the service provider. These were just minor issues and I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Porto. One suggestion would be replacing the convertible sofa bed to just a double bed.
