Sara is so kind and a great responder. The place is super clean and quiet. I was moving my daughter out of DU and felt very safe and slept like a rock! The parking space is a bonus. I will definitely be coming back!

Exactly as described. Great location, responsive host, and easy check in. Would stay again.

Not very hospitable, i.e. requests for toiletries, and it was loud as hell at all hours during the day for our entire stay. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this property unless they are fine with constant noise. It seems like the perfect set up for you would be to own a different property that you rent out in this way and not your home because you obviously don't want people in your home.
