Cozy is the perfect spot! The outdoor secluded patio and short walk to the beach were my favorite parts of this place. There was a problem with the electricity not working in one of the bedrooms but Lisa called me in advance to let me know and she did have it repaired the day before departure. I was also given a small credit for the inconvenience. Everything is in walking distance of this property. Food, groceries-all necessities. 5 days here was the dream vacation. I hope to return!

The description of this property is completely accurate. Four of us visited; two of us in our 50's and two in their late 70's. The walk to the beach was easy and safe as well as the walk to the village for dining and shopping. The space was exceptionally clean and well stocked (they provided s&p, coffee filters, etc), not all VRBOS included those items. There were plenty of towels for the kitchen, bath and beach. The beds and linens were the nicest I've ever experienced at a VRBO. The host was very responsive and gracious. I really can't say enough positive things about this listing. 100% recommend, and I would love to stay again!

Everything is good

The facility is dated but comfortable. There is no pool so the beach is the only choice The house needs an exterminator as roaches were in kitchen. Linens were all clean and fresh. Great location!
