Very quite place in a nice district. Room is like the pics and Lucy the owner is very welcoming. Right place to stay for visiting DC and if you like to walk passing Gerorgetown to downtown is a pleasant walk

This is a quiet, residential area, with lots of greenery and a view of the canal. Walking distance to Gerogetown campus. Best to take a taxi to get to the National Mall - short drive under 15$ with Lyft. Kind and helpful host. I hope to stay there again.
I cannot think of any shortcomings. For people who must eat out (and often), the walk to the restaurants may be a bit far but this was not a problem for me, at all.

The location of this place was a very good and nice area. I enjoyed the view of the Potomac River. Also, They have an nice outdoor patio overlooking the river. The parking is great.
The room is very warm with A/C running. We have the fan in the room but doesn't help much. The bed was a little uncomfortable due to its size and low for a couple.
