Hotel Vía Gótica

Perfect location with beautiful views of the cathedral, just a 5–10 minute walk from all the main attractions. The rooms are nicely renovated, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was exceptional—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, although the room itself was a bit small, so there wasn’t much space to move around.

The hotel doesn’t allow you to control the thermostat from the room, which was a bit of a turn-off. Every time you feel too hot or too cold, you have to call reception and ask them to adjust the temperature for you. There is also an automatic motion-activated light in the bathroom that can be quite annoying at times, since it doesn’t always activate when you use the bathroom. Just a couple of things to keep in mind when booking.

Location was incredible with a view of the entrance to the cathedral square, which was directly across the street. The staff is there 24/7 and were so helpful. There’s a cafe attached for morning coffee and a light breakfast. We couldn’t have been more pleased.
