Enjoy the tranquil surroundings with the gentle sound of the surf at your front door and the native animals wandering the rolling hills just out your back door.
Keep a keen eye out for the family of dolphins that cruise up and down the bay in the morning and late afternoon and if you are really lucky and at the right time of the season you may spot a whale in the bay.
In the heart of the home is where you will find the open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge room, with floor-to-ceiling large windows on the ocean side, making for beautiful views and amazing sunsets, also allowing an abundance of light to flood the home. Kitchen complete with all electrical appliances including a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher & coffee machine. Bedrooms comprise of two queen size bedrooms & the children's room is made up of 1 tri-bunk & 1 single bed.
Carrickalinga is a seaside town situated a leisurely 1-hour drive south of Adelaide on the gorgeous Fleurieu Peninsula. It boasts one of the best beaches in South Australia, with pristine white sand that stretches for miles and miles, and sparkling waters to swim, fish and snorkel in. The expansive beach and inviting waters make this an ideal family-friendly holiday location.

Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee

Linen: Sheets, towels & T towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)

Great views, clean and spacious.
Lots of stock in cupboards , games and DVD collection.
Only small issue is that the hot water ran out very quickly but still didn't bother us.
Great weekend all round.

Pillows not so good. Will take my own next time. Weird layout. House beautifully situated and whole experience was very relaxing. Weather was perfect.

View is absolutely amazing and house was perfect for our family. House had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing time away. Will definitely be coming back again.

Would have been better had the property had been cleaned,after all there is a charge for cleaners to CLEAN the property.An example...it appeared that something had 'exploded' in the microwave but no attempt had been made to clean the appliance!!!! The floors were 'sticky' and dishes less than clean!!! That aside it is a beautiful spot but the property needs updating and No TV!!!!!!!
