The house has one double bedroom and two single bedrooms with windows overlooking the courtyard. There is air conditioning in the sleeping area. A new bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is an open-concept “American-style” kitchen that opens onto the dining room. Both the kitchen and living room are new. At the entrance gate, there is a small private courtyard where you can store beach gear and manage recycling. Outside, there is also a lovely outdoor shower under a fig tree.
