There was no direct access to the beach as was advertisedThis being the main feature and the deciding factor for us booking the property in the first place as one of our party as serious mobility issues, not being able to access the beach from the property was a major disappointment. It totally changed our experience of what we expected from our stay at this propertyWhen I reported this I was offered an apology and a ten percent discount on our next stay there. Clearly an empty compensation offer of the likelihood of us ever staying there again. As the majority of our party have limited time for holidays we just left feeling so disappointed
