Truly stunning! The sun pours into the wall-to-wall windows in the main living area, and high-end remote controlled shades provide just the right amount of filter and privacy. The location is prime, with beach on one side of the building, pool on another, and pickleball, tennis courts and shuffleboard on the other. There are several great restaurants a very short walk away. The rental management company was a pleasure to work with, and the staff in the building office were also great. One thing renters should be made aware of: the property is first and foremost home to lots of retirees, and because of that, there are rules that ensure they have a great quality of life. For example, the pool has some very strict rules, and an attendant who ensures the rules are followed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very nice condo with a fantastic view. This property appears to have been completely upgraded recently including the bathrooms, kitchen, window coverings, tile on the floor, sliding doors, paint, etc. Many beach and pool items were available in the storage locker. Marco Island Vacation Properties made check in and check out a breeze.

We couldn't be happier with the entire property. Offers many amenities for the beach. Large property with the largest area of beach. So a lot of walking but we are used to walking so it was great for us.

Had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this condo again! Can’t wait to come back.
