It was perfect for what we needed in our trip. The little porch faced the tress too!

Great condo, we found everything we needed in there. Very easu check in and check out. The communication was great. Driving up and down the mountain was fun. Probably tricky if it snows... we had a great stay and a wonderful fall weather. The indoor pools are right next to the condo but the chemicals were way off. There shoud not be foam in the whirlpool and the water in the other pool was cloudy but with the amount of people that get in and out of it probably not much you can do. The outdoor pool is heated and looked much cleaner! The condo was great the only minor thing is there is no mountain view from the balcony it faces the trees and you can not see anything else other than trees... other buildings had mountain view. But you can always walk accross the parking lot to enjoy sunrise and the mountain view! The location is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed it very much.

It was a pleasant place to stay for our Smokies adventures.

PROS-The kitchen was stocked with everything needed, we didn't need it but the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The apartment had 2 bathroom which for 4 people was nice. Bedding and apartment was clean. TV had cable and roko which was nice. CONS-Little money is used to keep the apartment up, the shower rod is rusted out, the deck needs cleaned possibly redone, there's an outdoor rug in the bedroom. Things that could be easily fixed to make the apartment better. I was hoping for a mountain view however this unit faced the mountain side so very wooded. My biggest complaint are the thinness of the walls. The people above us stomped the entire time we were there. We could actually hear some of their conversations. I did reach out and was advised to call the cops. Stomping isn't an emergency so we just dealt with it. All in all we would stay again, just on the top floor facing the mountain.
