The property was in a perfect location right across the street from Coligny Plaza. The property backs up to the beach and is literally a one minute walk. I would highly recommend this property as it checked numerous boxes and was a 10/10 in several categories. The check-in process was painless and very easy. The condo was clean, well maintained, and had all of the amenities that we needed. We cooked breakfast several mornings and made lunch there nearly everyday. We ate out for dinner each night we were there. One thing that stood out that my family and I liked was the security. You had to have a code for parking, the elevator, the door to the stairs, the Condo, and even to get from the property to the beach. It made us feel safe and secure. No complaints about the property and I would rent the same unit again.

Great location and everything we wanted!

Great location and very smooth checking in and checking out. The condo is a little beat up but everything was clean and most everything was supplied. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

The property was beautiful and the location was perfect. However, problems with the air conditioner and dryer was very inconvenient. The service people can out late at night and the plumber said the AC guy could have taken care of the problem he just chose not to do so. The room smelled like sulfur all night and my daughter was sleeping on the sofa bed so she had to smell that all night. The person who fixed the dryer made it sound like it was our fault the line was clogged.
