Our stay was great and everything was clean upon arrival. The house has a great view of the bay and the private beach was really nice.

Great place for large groups. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Perfect location. Has everything you need. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We enjoyed our stay. The kids had fun in the water during high tide. Low tide was muddy but it was fine that forced us to take a break from the sun. We enjoyed the yard and the shade & the fire pit. We did buy a kiddie pool to put at the door to wash the sand off our feet & I recommend that to keep the sand out of the house. We left it for the next guest to use. Overall it was great and we enjoyed our stay.

The property is a refurbished old House that still needs improvements, but it’s practical for what we had in mind. Like I said, keep in mind it’s nothing fancy just a nice comfortable stay. We had a great host who was easily accessible through email or phone calls. We took advantage of the kayak and Jon boat to fish out of. The Jon boat needs some marine JB Weld on the bottom to secure a few leaks but other than that it was a great time.
