Beautiful, safe area

The house is beautiful and very, very clean! Bigger than I expected with a huge kitchen, dining room and common area! Very well appointed and nicely decorated with lots of period charm and a few adorable quirks like a tilted floorboard here and there. If you are interested in the Belmont area and or 12 south being walkable, this is your location! So much going on within walking distance! There were a lot of thoughtful touches and necessities left for guests. The kitchen is amazingly stocked with appliances and gadgets, and while we didn’t use it, the full-size washer and dryer would have been great for a longer stay. The resident dog who lives in the house in back is an absolute delight! He has absolutely no access to you unless you choose, but honestly, the highlight of our stay was being allowed to bring him up on the deck and to play with him. We would absolutely stay at this location again the next time we are in town with a group.

I can't recommend this house enough! We were a part of four for a girl's trip. The neighborhood is fantastic - quiet, pretty, and safe. We loved being able to walk to the 12 South area which is just full of shopping, dining, etc. The house is spacious, comfortable, and clean. We had one air conditioning issue that was resolved immediately. The team is responsive and incredibly helpful. We would love to return someday!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and well stocked. We couldn’t have asked for a better location.
