It’s a mighty quirky space! Absolutely huge, and is an excellent value if you have a large group. We liked the location away from the city. The immense soaker tub in the master bathroom is fantastic. Master bathroom is so big it even has its own sitting area with a TV. Didn’t try the sauna. The owner lives elsewhere, but has a local colleague who manages the property and helps promptly when needed. It is old and oddly put together. If the weather is nice and it isn’t too buggy the seating in the back is nice. There are lots of supplies (kitchen, towels, etc.) but most are old and in rough shape - sheets so pilled they were uncomfortable, linty towels, etc. If you are good with old and quirky, it works.

Appreciated the dog friendly accommodations, the great selection of different appliances. Very peaceful location with lots of space for families.

The large, clean, old farm house is outside of town so it's in a quiet area. But the town of Gaspe is only a few miles away. There's lots of room. Our experience would have been better if the screen on the front door had not been torn from the frame. We had flies in the house the whole stay. The upstairs bathroom has a sauna and a TV viewing area. I'd stay there again if I ever returned to the area.
