Everything. Comfortable bed, warm and cosy room. Beautifully decorated. Right in the heart of Alkmaar

It was a bit noisy, but use the provided earplugs, and you will be fine!

The staff were nice.

The bathroom was very nice but They should consider installing a shower curtain to prevent the water from coming to the toilet area.

Location was good, balcony. Separate entrance with digital coded entry. Comfortable bed and spacious. Fridge freezer in room. Earplugs provided.

Had some odd comments from the guy checking me in because I was British. Told me that my country was ruined by Jews running the government and that the royal family was corrupt which I did not appreciate and made me feel slightly unwelcome. I did not see him after check in and was only there one night so I didn't feel I wanted to eat in the restaurant downstairs which I normally would do. There were a lot of steep stairs which personally doesn't bother me but this could be an issue for some. I could hear other residents of the apartments making a lot of noise after midnight. There was no plug socket near to the kettle. Bathroom was a wet room that was quite cold and draughty inside. Awkward shower with scale on the shower head.
