This accommodation has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living-dining room with an American-style kitchen and a balcony offering spectacular ocean views. It has free WiFi connection and air conditioning throughout the property to ensure a comfortable stay.

Las Canteras Beach is a long stretch of sand that extends for 3800 metres along the bay. Recognised as one of the best urban beaches in Spain and the world, it offers a pleasant climate for most of the year, ideal for relaxing, water sports or simply enjoying its vibrant atmosphere. It is a special place, with a marine nature reserve and a seabed full of life, which makes the beach an excellent destination for snorkelling, surfing and swimming. A unique feature of Las Canteras is 'La Barra', a natural rocky formation that protects part of the beach, creating a natural pool at low tide.
The promenade is ideal for exploring shops, cafes, ice cream parlours and restaurants, with options to suit all tastes. At the beginning of the promenade are the terraces of La Puntilla, famous for their fresh fish restaurants. At the opposite end, near the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, there is a surfer vibe, with more terraces and cafes facing the sea.
If you decide to explore further, you can reach the south of the island in just 40 minutes, with incredible beaches such as Playa del Inglés or Maspalomas, famous for their dunes and natural landscapes. Had a great time overall. Apartment was clean and beds comfy. A few things not quite right with appt on arrival but were sorted out ok. Lots of good restaurants , cafes and bars on doorstep. The beach is perfect -protected by a reef - and right there - overlooked by nice balcony.

Absolutely epic place, view of the beach, sunset, sound of the ocean all day long, lot of shops and restaurants within few steps from the apartment. Perfect communication with the owner, very helpful, all perfectly organized. 1000% satisfaction.

La ubicación es inmejorable con unas vistas espectaculares a la playa de las canteras El apartamento es enorme con dos baños Y el balcón hace las delicias para cenar o tomar un respiro viendo una puesta de sol
Las camas, pero a gustos colores, para mi gusto muy blanditas Y que no tienen cafetera de ningún tipo
