Communication was great, help when we needed it. Villa was well equipped and lovely inside and out. Lovely garden with a pool just the right size for 2 kids. 5 minute walk across the beach into town. Fab all round.
There are some extras you have to pay for like late checkout, heating pool, bbq pack etc. Might just be worth making these clear upfront. Beds were a little thin for a 20 stone 6 foot 6 man but they were otherwise comfortable. Aircon is not the best and only one unit downstairs.

Location being next to the beach and the beach bar. Supermarket in walking distance and walking along the beach to the old town. Restaurants in the old town and port
Old tired furniture, astro turf. Pool needed repainting/relining. Sofa old and tatty pool sunloungers old and tired fence and walls needed repainting. Mattress was saggy

Location can only be rated 10/10. Close to the beach, bars, restaurants and town centre. Comfy beds with good sized rooms. Good air conditioning. Excellent rain shower although the bathroom was in need some tlc. Administration staff were kind in letting us store our luggage for a short while prior to our departure..
Despite having nice balconies to two of the bedrooms, there was no balcony furniture to enjoy the views..
Beyond the nicely painted exterior, the property was tired and in need of some general tlc.. Again the main downstairs living area was basic as was the garden area with fake grass and garden furniture that has had its day...
