This cute house was located in the neighborhood closed to downtown. We just needed it for the night. One of the room air condition did not work and I felt bad for my couple friends that slept in there and that they said it was hot. Other than that some of us were comfortable and couple did not . It was an easy access to the ferry with a beautiful view of the bay. Thank you.

Spend a couple days here with my family and my parents celebrating my nephew’s high school graduation. Location was convenient and the neighborhood is peaceful. Plenty of room for everyone. My only complaint would be the queen size bed upstairs where my wife and I slept is rock hard but other than that it’s a great place to relax

Clean and acceptable size for a large group. Beautiful colors and nicely decorated,. The closeness to the supermarket is very convenient.

The a.c. didnt work great. It was hot downstairs. Theres lots of places in the floors and stairs that are close to falling through. Walking on those stairs was scary. There was a lot of different spots throughout the house that, when you step, it feels like you're going to go through the floor. Theres definitely been some severe water damage to the house. But other than that, it was clean. Just a little uncomfortable with the downstairs beig so hot. I only walked up the stairs one time because i thought i was going to fall through in some places.
