The location and spacious.

Not enough cooking supplies and utensils. And no dryer for laundry.

Location, quietness and friendly host.

Nothing

Its a very nice place for a family. It has everything you would need. A small sunroom.A comfortable place for 4 of us. parking was available.

The mattress can be better. Need little update. A bit far from main attraction and restaurants, but if you have a car that's not an issue.

The host provided a video that made check in very easy. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was quite well equipped.

The bathroom drain was clogged, we could barely shower. The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky, the mattresses were very thin. The balcony funiture was unusable, both the table and the chairs were extremely wobbly. The layout of the apartment isn't great, because the two bedrooms are linked, but there isn't much to do about that. What would be easy to do and could improve the space a lot is to add some hangers and shelves in the hallway, which could be used for both coats and towels, right now there is no storage space for stuff like this.
