Beautiful setting along the river with great view of the kloof from the cottage. Very peaceful, clean and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Goederus Guest Farm. The setting is beautiful, and we would love to return and spend more time exploring the surrounding area. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the guest house is perfectly equipped for a comfortable self-catering stay.

The grounds and gardens and river.
The huge lovely swimming pool.
The staff who were extremely accommodating.
The beds were saggy and extremely uncomfortable and not large enough for a couple where the man is tall or large.
The place is very old and run down and windows are sticky and dirty and don’t work properly.
This place definitely needs a face lift or a refurbish it is way past its sell by date.
