Résidence Les Suites du Port - by Le Saint Ferdinand

It is an Aparthotel and the room was generously sized with a modern bathroom and kitchenette. Directly in the yacht harbor with a 3 minutes walk to the beach and everything else in walking distance. The city center is a 10 minutes walk away . We enjoyed Arcachon, very clean and beautifully restored .

Beautiful, modern room with a fab, south facing terrace. The restaurant has great atmosphere, good food and excellent staff.

Nothing major. Could have done with a couple of wine glasses in the room.

Great location by the Habour Lots of space in the room. Good aircon. Large outdoor area Kitchenette.

Everything was Really good.

The apartment is perfectly located, very clean and modern.

The checkin is supposed to be automatic with access codes, but those had not been sent to us. We had notified the management of arrival in the evening and were provided with the telephone number for concierge, but the number did not work! I have been sending messages to the management via Booking. com, but no-one responded. Finally we managed to reach the management company via main telephone number indicated on Booking.com and were given the access codes, they advised that usually they send access information via Whatsapp, but I did not receive any messages from them. When we finally got into the apartment there was Wifi Router, which was working, but the login and password indicated on the Router did not work! I sent a message to the management again, but never got a response. There was also a dish washer that is to be connected to the water tap, but no instructions for use, so we couldn’t not use it. And finally there were capsules for Nespresso machine, but no Nespresso machine… All in all the management has to improve the channels for communication with guests, no client care at all.
