Lovely peaceful view of the bay. Close proximity to the Marina as we were sailing in the regatta. Not so good: no instruction booklets for washer/dryer which was complicated to use. Having to take our own linen was a pain as different bed sizes at home. Rising damp in walls behind the main bed.

We were very happy with our stay at Pelican Sands. It was a very pleasant and peaceful stay. The view was awesome and it was great to just chill and take it all in.All features, utensils, etc were available.There were a handful of minor things that needed a bit of repairing. But like I said, only minor and did not affect our stay at all.Easy and quick check in and check out.Had a great time. Thank you

Communication with the rental management company was great and fast. It was on a beautiful beach but the pool was not clean or useable, but that didn’t bother us but may bother some. It was a great location for us - about 15 min walk to coffee/restaurants. The living room furniture was different than pictured. Lots of amenities and dishwasher, laundry was helpful. It was not super clean upon arrival - quite dusty. But all in all a good stay.

lovely spot, stayed here before (same address, different unit)number of items disappointed. Cleanliness - lots of spiderwebs behind bath, and area not clean.Shower drain completely blocked - had to clean myself to be able to use shower.Toaster faulty - kept tripping power supply. Bedside lamp, faulty - dangerous broken wire. No grater for food prep.Outdoor dining table and chairs - legs loose, borrowed neighbours tools to tighten, to make usable.Apart from issues above, we really enjoyed our stay!!!
