Terrific location for exploring Breckenridge town - just a few minutes walk to the best restaurants. The two bedrooms each with their own bathroom were a plus. We had a couple small problems that the host addressed quickly.

Lovely getaway, very cute place and in a perfect location. Hosts were quick to respond when I had questions. I would stay here again for sure!

House was perfect for 2 couples for a ski week. Great common area to visit then make to retreat to basement and 2nd floor for bed. Easy walk to the Quicksilver lift and into town. Would absolutely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Much of the furniture is in need of replacement. It is worn and uncomfortable. The bedrooms are in need of at least one chair. The unit was acceptably clean. The front and side porches were filthy. Summit was responsive and did have a team come and clean the front porch.
