The area, home and pool were great. Easy access to beaches and shopping. I would recommend it to anyone and we hope to come back one day. Thank you to our hosts.

We rented for a girls’ trip. The layout of the house worked well for our small group (3 of us) and there was plenty of space. Everything was thoughtfully laid out. Lots of extras available for the beach. The house is conveniently located with a couple of beaches just a few minutes’ drive away. House and pool were very clean.

This listing was like walking into a model home. Clean, well appointed, with everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The beach wagon, chairs, and cooler bag made our excursions easier. Our host was gracious and we felt welcomed before we even arrived. The pool was perfect for lounging and for play. The location was central to lots of activities. We sifted for sharks teeth in Venice, rode airboats and a swamp buggy in the Everglades, and searched for shells on Sanibel Island, all easy day trips. We even took a drive to Key Largo and Islamorada, just to say we had! Champagne Sunset on Vanderbilt beach was a beautiful way to conclude our stay. Each beach offered a different experience. This was a very special sisters trip, but I am already planning a return with the whole family. Thank you, Joe!

Joe was a great host, very hospitable. The house was great. The pool was wonderful and the area was the best very close to Mercado, Vanderbilt Beach, restaurants, shops, etc..Would definitely stay there again. The house is fully stocked with everything you could imagine the washer and dryer was an excellent benefit. My 12 year-old Chihuahua named Chili had a fabulous time by the pool!!! Thanks again, Joe
