We had a wonderful time in a beautiful condo. The community had everything we needed and more.

One of the three bedrooms had completely different bed configuration than what the pictures showed and what the listing described. Coastal did refund some of the fee as a courtesy which was nice and appreciated, but in more than 20 years of renting from sunset island, we’ve never had something like that happen.

Our stay was a last minute decision so I was afraid the only units left would not be so nice. We booked this one based on the previous reviews and it just happened to have the days available that we were looking for. It was for my family of 4 plus my nephew and girlfriend and it was a perfect size. The condo was very nice (other than one toilet not being cleaned hence my 4 star rating instead of a 5.) Other than that the place was very neat and clean in all other areas. It was also on the farther side of Sunset Island which added a few extra minutes when walking to the ocean, but that would not deter me from staying again. The condo was ready slightly before the original check in time which was a pleasant surprise. It was nice that they let us know so we could check in just a bit earlier. I’m not one to always leave reviews, but I’m also one that bases a lot of my decision on where to stay after reading others’ reviews. So that being said, I would definitely stay at this condo again.

Had to wait 1 1/2hr for Condo to be ready. Bunk beds were wobbly/not safe. Location was good, security was very good.
