Welcome to Villa Zeitlos, a modern destination for anyone who appreciates a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea. Eleven high-end vacation apartments, including two exclusive penthouse units, offer the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation as well as for focused work away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. 4K TVs, cozy sofa arrangements, and underfloor heating for cooler days are all part of the amenities, as is free Wi-Fi in all apartments.

Each vacation apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, and dishwasher, allowing guests to prepare their own meals at their leisure. The manageable number of units also ensures a pleasant, family-like atmosphere that stands in stark contrast to the hustle and bustle of larger complexes.

The location on Seestraße places guests in close proximity to the Baltic Sea coast, ideal for beach walks, water sports, or simply relaxing with a view of the sea. The surrounding towns, with their cozy charm, also invite you to explore, while the nearby Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Bad Doberan offer cultural highlights.

Whether for a family vacation, a romantic getaway for two, or a quiet retreat for work-related projects, Villa Zeitlos offers the perfect apartment to suit every need. With its thoughtfully designed amenities and quiet yet well-connected location, it combines comfort and relaxation on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Baltic Sea coast.
Look forward to 80 m² of living comfort in a quiet location near the Baltic Sea. Vacation Apartment 3, located on the first floor of Villa Zeitlos and accessible at ground level, features two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, providing ample space for up to four people—ideal for families or couples traveling together.

The spacious terrace and small garden invite you to relax outdoors, while the view of the beach creates a true vacation atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker, leaves nothing to be desired, and the cozy living area with a TV and seating area is the perfect place to wind down at the end of the day.

Practical amenities such as included parking, Wi-Fi, and a high chair for the little ones make the apartment a comfortable choice for families. Since having your own car is recommended to fully explore the area, the accommodations are particularly well-suited for travelers who want to actively discover the beaches and nature of the Baltic Sea coast. The apartment is non-smoking; unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
