We had a wonderful stay in Montrose. Very comfortable beds and furniture, nice bedding and towels and very well stocked overall. Our dog loved the large shaded grass yard and so did we. Toni and Pete were super hosts! Since our son lives here we will definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 families stayed in both duplexes and we were beyond impressed. We've done quite a few family vacations together and stayed in vacation rentals but hands down, all of us agreed, this was the best one we've ever stayed in. They were immaculate in cleanliness, presentation, and amenities. Everything you could need is there. The beds were comfortable and the water is hot and plentiful. Convenient location to everything in Montrose. We would highly recommend this property. Toni has set the bar real high and we'll be forever comparing anything else we stay in to our enjoyable time in her homes.

Our host Toni was very responsive and accommodating. The property was comfortable, clean and convenient for visiting our 89 year old dad on his birthday.

Loved fenced backyard and nicely supplied with extras. Good location to town.
