This is a fantastic place to stay for your vacation. It is quiet, relaxing, clean, very well out fitted, comfortable and has fantastic views of the Passamaquoddy Bay. It is also a short trail walk to the Shores of the Bay. A 10 minute drive takes you to the town of St. George, and about 30 minutes to the picturesque historic resort town of St. Andrews. It is about 50 minutes to the City of Saint John.The Host, Neil, reviews everything with you upon arrival and is available to assist if needed during your stay.It has a large deck on which you can relax and enjoy the fabulous views of the Bay, especially the sunsets. Even the Bedroom has a wall of windows from which you can to look at the view.This place sets itself apart from other places because nothing is around you. You can watch the fishing boats in the Bay, or just relax and read a book.I highly recommend this place if you want to great get-away.

Our experience at the L’Etete Carriage House was fantastic! Neil and Debbie were great hosts and were very helpful from check-in throughout our stay. Their communication about the local recommendations were helpful (e.g. seafood restaurants and points of interest) and they gave a great tour of the property. The property was well-stocked from the kitchen amenities (including little touches such as a fresh washing sponge and several utensils and cooking supplies) to the bathroom (bath salts and bubble bath included!), and throughout the cottage. The hosts anticipated every need ahead of time. The bed was very comfortable and the bathtub was luxurious. The grounds were serene and quiet. The walk to the beach and along the driveway was peaceful and the private beach was great for collecting rocks and sea glass. Amazing views from the deck!

Beautiful property. We were warmly welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The area is very quiet, the views amazing, the apartment had everything we needed and more. I hope we can get back again.

Neil was very welcoming! Precise directions were given to locate the accomodations and there was good communication both prior to and throughout our stay. The premise was pristine, beautiful and had all of the amenities of home. Highly recommend!
