Lovely spacious apartment in a small complex of 10 apartments with heated pool, 15 minutes walk to Paphos old town and 10 minutes walk to restaurants & bars on Tomb of the Kings Road. Balconies at both ends of the apartment as well as the roof terrace so always in the sun/shade somewhere, plenty of sun loungers and furniture although the pictures on VRBO are not showing the latest items.There is a comfortable new reclining sofa & armchair (not shown on photos) and we found the beds comfortable and slept really well. The pictures also don’t show the new shower room with big white and grey marble tiles and new sanitary ware which I loved. The showers were excellent and always plenty of hot water.Would love to stay here again.

The location was awesome, everything near by. Neighbours are absolutely amazing. Beautiful weather and will be coming back next year in June as well worth it 100 percent. Thank you for a awesome holiday Martin.

Je vais commencer par le point négatif. L'appartement n'avait pas été nettoyé il y avait la crasse par terre, des déchets dans la poubelle, la table de dehors était pleine de chocolat... un coup d'aspirateur et de serpillière est le minimum surtout en pleine pandémie ! La cuisine est bien équipée mais aucun accessoire, seulement 2 verres, 2 tasses etc. Le frigo était très sale et du café à eu le temps de moisir dans la cafetière. En revanche, l'appartement est spacieux climatisé dans chaque pièce et il est très bien placé. Pas loin du centre ville de la mer du tombeau des rois etc. La piscine est un réel plaisir, c'était calme et vraiment plaisant. En fait si le ménage était fait au préalable je n'aurai rien eu à redire. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. A noter la réactivité du propriétaire et sa disponibilité :)
