Relais Parallelo 41

Posizione centrale, pulizia e personale accogliente

Colazione al bar

- nice location - parking area close by, parking at "harbour" recommended for 7€ per day, blue marked park spaces in old town only available til 8pm - breakfast was also 👍 - clean room and super Friendly woman at reception

Unfortunately we booked the day of arrival and i did not receive the message of the Manager (incl his WA number) before we arrived at the B&B. There was noone there at the reception (3pm) so we tried to contact the Manager, but instead of being friendly and understanding the Situation he was just reacting rude (we just asked if he can come by to let us). Even tho we were waiting for him more than 1h he was still complaining that we did not text him earlier. If it was not about the manager we would have given 10/10 but thats no how you should treat customers and handle your business....

Nulla.
