Istanbul Galata Port Modern Suite & Apartments Taksim

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was excellent making it easy to explore Istanbul’s attractions Staff were friendly and helpful especially hajj kinan and the room was comfortable. Overall it was a pleasant experience and a good choice for our family’s stay.

Nothing that significantly affected our overall experience.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our stay special. A special thank you to Mr. Cinan for his kindness and excellent service throughout our stay. When I contacted him after we landed at Istanbul Airport, he arranged a taxi for us in no time. We really appreciated how helpful and responsive he was. The whole team made us feel so welcome, and the experience was even better than we expected.

Honestly, we have no complaints. Everything was great, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

The staff were excellent, very friendly, and extremely helpful.

The hotel is lovely, but it needs some maintenance and refurbishment. A staff member informed me that the entire hotel is scheduled to undergo renovation soon.

Pomóc pracowników hotelu była nieoceniona, dostaliśmy wszystkie niezbędne informacje i wskazówki odnośnie transportu, najfajniejszych miejsc i lokali. Apartament z dwoma sypialniami super wygodny. Łóżko również super wygodne. Widok na Bosfor i piękne zachody słońca niezapomniane.

Brudna łazienka i pościel pierwszego dnia. Śniadania ubogie.
