Good location for exploring Oban. Only ten minutes walk from rail/bus station.No waiting to check out,just drop room key in box when leaving.
Shower in shared bathroom could be better.

Breakfast was fine- light Continental self serve.
Location perfect front reason for visiting the town.
There was a horrid crinkly mattress protector on the bed - also the first night, a very loud drain noise coming from the sink . In the end I put the plug in and that stopped it !
Also the shower either scalded you or froze you- no continual steady heat.

Room was quaint, very simple but clean, good temperature for sleeping (a little cool). Mattress was fine but likely a double bed. Bathroom was in a separate room out in the hall but adjacent to our room and for our private use. It was
clean, well lit, and more spacious than the bedroom.
very poor quality internet: rarely could get on and then fell off. At best could check text or email: not able to stream anything.. don't expect anything more than boxed cereal with milk and juice for breakfast and no refrigerator in the room so meals must be taken out.
