I love that it is so close to everything! And I enjoyed watching a mama moose & her twins from the deck!

Having a kitchen was a huge pull

No washer/dryer. The staff of the facility not being able to help us at all since we booked through Vacasa.. really disappointing to not have anyone to help you. It definitely should have been cleaner.

Location was excellent--easy walk to all restaurants, shops, cultural activities. Our studio looked out over the creek, and there was immediate access to the walking/biking trail. I was a bit skeptical about renting this unit as many of the reviews were not very positive. However, for a studio, we found it perfect for the 2 of us. The kitchen had enough to prepare simple meals, there were plenty of glasses and wine glasses, the bed was comfortable, bathroom appeared to have a newish shower. Our unit was an individual owner and not part of the Lodge, so any questions regarding the unit had to be directed to the management team, Vacasa.

We had trouble finding the correct lockbox to access our key cards. We also had a problem on day 2 that the keycard would not work, light blinking on the door lock. Texting with the Vacasa team (not on site) was time consuming, the lodge staff tried to help but they have no control over private units. An on-site member from Vacasa finally came, very nice and helpful, and we eventually got into the room once the battery was changed in the lock.

Bedding for pullout wasn't clean. Bar downstairs was loud.
