The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, we felt very well taken care of during our stay, being welcomed with tea and lots of information about Fes, best way to haggle and also laundry service. Our airport driver cancelled last minute and they organised a ride for us. The bed was very very comfortable, and the location was right in the medina on a quiet street. The riad itself is also very beautiful, and our room was spacious. The rooftop restaurant also had good food at a reasonable price, and you should definitely try the mint lemonade and lamb tagine!

We struggled to find the location of the hotel, and got very lost which was really stressful in a new city / country and there was no phone number on WhatsApp to contact the riad for help. We dined at a local restaurant and one of the workers walked us to the riad but better signage and communication would have been great. Also would have been nice to be able to pay with card.

So much effort on the details,it feels like you are walking through a museum ♥️Lovely staff ,great cuisine and warm spacious rooms.

Rien

L’emplacement est top, le personnel super agréable, bon accueil! Le restau est super!

Le seul hic, nos chambres étaient très humides…donc ça sentait très fort…on a eu du mal à dormir à cause de l’odeur.
