100% sprawdzonych opinii7 / 10Dobry·paź 2026
staff very helpful..... seems to be an old place which has become a bit of a labyrinth with various dining rooms, halls, corridors to walk through to access the rooms; not a bad thing , though the older more interesting features seem to have been lost in the conversions..... lobby very glam with chandeliers, velvet seating etc.... snacks/small meals we had in the coffee shop were OK & not overpriced.
pool closes officially at 6, just when one might want to arrive back for a swim, but this was not policed, so we could swim in fact at any time; the rooms are getting shabby - broken kettle lid, plugs in inconvenient places..... stained [but clean] sheets & towels.... no small hand towels provided, or robes in the rooms.... location meh, but pleasant enough green area, not much in the way of cafes etc. in the vicinity

The junior suite is amazing so spacious for the price private bath and overall so comfy free netflix was a bonus, The hotel itself is literally central so close to everything the botani mall is in walking distance overlal amazing hotel
The Aircon in the suite was not powerful enough to cool the whole room due to being a massive room, the breakfast was pretty mid didnt have a lot of variety and it was besically the same thing everyday only one selection of protein so if u have breakfast on a day they serve fish and you dont like fish tough luck thats all u get
