Cleverly designed apartment. Cozy, comfortable, modern yet floor beds, utilities index excellent, location and access brilliant. It was a few meters away from an active & action packed lane and next to a subway station. Not big, but there is nothing you would need which was not available or supported so 10/10.- Staf so responsive on Booking.com messenger app, helpfull and courteous. Loved the experience. Liked the fact that someone was always available on messages /physically at the office room to address any needs. Keep it up EBISU team and you have priced it so well therefore Value Index is 11/10 :)

Nothing as such. A small dining table, but that was also replaced by a traditional low height table with 4 cushion puffy so actually nothing to write here

The location and the set up! Was perfect

We didn’t have area to open properly our luggage but was not a big deal.

The location to trains and metro, near eateries.

The futon beds were too thin for me. We upgraded and paid more to secure a room that had a western bed to support my back.
