We enjoyed how close everything was as well as once you stepped into the home it felt like a private oasis.
The train did not bother us but I could see it bothering others. Also we were safe and had no issues but some parts of the area look a little sketchy.

I felt I entered an island paradise the owner thought of everything. I have found my vacation destination. It had beautiful portraits and beautiful shells all over the place. It was cottage chic

The house was very beachy. Colors and design were relaxing and very well done. Back yard was spacious.
The above ground pool, while very clean, was accessible only by a somewhat rickety ladder. A pool deck would make the pool much safer. Trains ran behind the property day and night.

The house and the back yard was cute, bed was comfortable. It was a cute little house with lots of sleeping room
Well, areas was a little run down, but no one messed with the car or we did not have any issues with the people in the neighborhood. The last night we had termites where is common in Florida, the owners got on it and got in touch with there termite person. There is noting they could have done when we discovered the issue it was pretty late in the evening, and we were checking out the next morning anyway
