The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from Little Venice and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, offering fantastic restaurant recommendations and even assisting us with bookings. Breakfast was excellent, featuring a wonderful variety of delicious options. A delightful stay overall!

The hotel was excellent in every way. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very professional, welcoming, and polite. The location was fantastic and very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Colmar.

The location is amazing, right in the middle of Colmar by Little Venice. It is a very historical and picturesque town, well worth a visit.
I understand it’s an old building but the room was tiny, very little space. The breakfast area is very compact too, people bumping into one another as it was very busy. The staff were not very helpful either and in some cases quite rude. Welcome note was in German, when they knew we were English, that’s a lack of care and attention
