Big ro and bathroom with very comfortable king size bed. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff and comfortable and on-time driving to and from airport.
Our ion on the 5th floor faced the roads and was very loud all night long. Ask for a high floor or a room that doesn’t face the highways.

The fellow that checked us in was brilliant. It was on the 20th about 7pm. So nice to be treated well, greeted and I immediately felt like this was a good choice!
The hot tub was marvelous given we had just arrived from Europe and wanted to really relax.
Having the LRT close by was great.
PLEASE consider lessening the really overpowering perfume smell in the lobby.
It was like walking thru the gates of Shoppers Drug Market where one has to endure that offensive perfume hall!

Lovely big spacious rooms, very clean & bathrooms were amazing, great walk in shower & a separate deep bath. The staff were very helpful & friendly.
Loved the very large comfy bed. Very clean Very comfortable.
The only negatives I could find was be careful in the shower as it can be quite slippery & the only T.V we could get was free t.v...could not access any You Tube or Netflix unless you have an account which we found a little disappointing.
Location isn't ideal but they offer a free shuttle to the airport which was very handy & appreciated by us.
