House Iaquin

House Iaquin was modern, clean with comfortable beds, powerful shower and a gorgeous setting. The swimming pool was a great size with plenty of sunbeds, we were relaxing right in the middle of the vineyard, which made it so different to other hotels. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge selection served à la carte (not buffet!) there was charcuterie meats, bread, yoghurt, caprese salad, pancakes, homemade jam and fresh eggs to order. There was also a surprise dish every day. This all came with juice and hot drinks. The service throughout was excellent and we felt we left with a friend. The wine from their vineyard was delicious and served to us around the pool. It was also a great location with a bar, an excellent restaurant and a petrol station/ shop all within a few minutes walk. It was central for local sites and other vineyards . Hier hat einfach alles gestimmt! Uros war ein grandioser Gastgeber - sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Sein Frühstück ist herausragend und wir waren sprachlos bei der Auswahl und vor allem der Qualität. Er achtet sehr auf regionale und saisonale Produkte, hat uns auch seine eigenen testen lassen und war ein wirklich rundum klasse Host! Wir hätten uns unsere kleine Auszeit (trotz der unerträglich warmen Temperaturen) bei ihm mit Pool, aufmerksamem Gastgeber und tollem Essen und Wein nicht besser vorstellen können und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Die Kühlung hat nicht zu 100% so funktioniert wie sie hätte sollen - dies hat uns aber nicht sehr gestört, da wir tagsüber meistens draußen waren und die Temperaturen abends bei offenem Fenster doch noch heruntergegangen sind.

De host en de ligging. Hij maakt de beste ontbijtjes en is erg vriendelijk. De kamers zijn fijn. Prachtig uitzicht. Goede locatie, namelijk op loopafstand van een leuke wijnbar en dichtbij alle wijnhuizen. En een lekker zwembad erbij. Daarnaast heeft de host ook lekkere wijnen. Mega bedankt!

Everything, but mostly the hospitality. The place is super nice, especially the pool area, but the hospitality (and the wine!) does the magic.
