Beautiful property ,very comfortable suite spotlessly clean.
It’s 15mins from Bendigo cbd and in view that we had travelled by vline from Melbourne it was necessary to use uber as buses were at one hour intervals to and from property, though Bus stop is beside the property. As we had only a one night stay an hotel near cbd would have suited better on this Occassion

Beautiful building and very well maintained rooms, very comfortable and warm
The car park was a little bit awkward to get in and out of because one of the other guests had parked in a central spot making access limited for others, suggest some form of markings for car spots

Simone welcomed us into her beautiful Estate, from the moment we walked through the doors we were transported to another era of antiques, crystal, Wedgwood and Chippendale . Brass beds, claw foot baths , lead lighting the list goes on a wonderful experience.
I might suggest a sleeping mask, if like me you like a dark room , the beautiful lead lighting above the door lets in any light from lights left on outside your door.

Fabulous welcome and lovely room the whole place was gorgeous
Being kept awake by birds stuck in the chimney. 2 corellas. We were told it rarely happens but when we went outside to leave we looked up at where the chimney opening was and saw 2 ducks on the same chimney opening, one craning its head down the chimney. Suggested they spend a bit to get the top of the chimney covered.
