Modern lux, clean and comfortable apartment for my last few nights in Melbourne. It was a little small but perfectly fine for what I needed.

It was just a little on the small side; if there had been 2 of us things would have been tight, but for a solo traveller it was great.

The two-bedroom terrace apartment has magnificent views from a very large terrace of Melbourne and Swan Street. The apartment is spacious, bright, has a roomy layout, comfortable, modern furniture; it is like a home! Everything is easy from a lock-box check-in (even past midnight!) to the location, to the comfort and ease of all the apartment /facilities and amenities. They are serviced by lovely, friendly staff and helpful reception.

Good Location

Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay. We paid $269 per night, a total of $538 for the two-night stay, and unfortunately our first night was extremely uncomfortable. The room temperature was around 24°C and we were initially unable to adjust the air conditioning controls to cool the room. On top of this, the air conditioning was making a very loud, constant dripping noise, which made it virtually impossible to sleep. I contacted reception to report the problem, however the phone rang out several times and I also left several messages without receiving a response. Eventually, I was able to get through and spoke with Noah, who came to inspect the controller. He advised that the controls had been locked because of the guests in the adjoining room. After this was addressed, he was able to lower the temperature and the second night was much more comfortable. While I appreciate Noah assisting us once I was finally able to speak with someone, I am very disappointed that it took so much effort to get assistance, particularly when we were paying $269 per night. The first night of our stay was essentially lost due to the room temperature, the excessive air conditioning noise and the difficulty contacting reception. I believe some compensation or a partial refund for the first night would be reasonable given the circumstances. I also have a video for how load the noise was .
