Totalmente recomendable.
Todo perfecto

Great location with beach view.
The pool is nice and not overcrowded.
Free parking garage space.
The apartment is older but has all the necessities except wifi, towels, and air conditioning.
There are beach chairs and an umbrella to use by the guests.
There is no wifi at all.
Except for the floors, it was pretty dirty/unmaintained (for example, we had to wash all the plates and silverware before use, there was dust all over the place and aome hairs from other people).
The parking space is pretty small and hard to get in/out.
There are no towels for the guests, and you have to bring your own.
The lining on the bed is uncomfortable after a day on the beach.
The summer days are pretty hot, and air conditioning would come in pretty handy.
