Great stay, nice and cosy especially the snug room. Caravan had everything we needed. Location short walk to the beach plus bus No 1 outside camp over the road to skegness shops and fantasy island love the markets, or you can go to Chapel St Leonards on the No 1 bus on the same side of camp if you didnt want to walk. Also we went to Maplethorpe on the 59 bus about hours ride it was worth it. Caught the bus outside the Grange Site the opposite side of the road. Hosts lovely.
Just need a new chain on the outside to keep the gate from opening a bit rusty. Otherwise great stay

Location of caravan, space for kids to be outside being on the end and front. Has 2 toilets, useful and helpful. Nice clean site with shop. Having WiFi does help. Quiet site generally. Beds in bedrooms are comfy.
Just couple of very little things but nothing major. Just helpful bits thats all, no oven glove or tea towels. Sofa bed not too comfy.
Maybe a TV in main bedroom.

It was quiet
The caravan was slightly dated, creaky old doors that didn’t shut properly, & the shower door was stained. Oven not fully functional. The Photos make the caravan look better than it actually is.
