The location is fantastic, just off the beach and quite close to most attractions. The rooftop is really cool and the rooms were very comfy! They also allowed us to keep our room until 5pm that was greatly appreciated. One more thing, loved the champagne at the reception! ☺️
This does not apply to all staff and I understand it could also be cultural, but a couple of staff members were a bit abrupt/cold. That said, they still did their job.

Good location, ok rooms
Took more than 2 hours after check in time for us to get our rooms.

The area, short distance to Jaffa and Carmel Market, and nice beaches.
Aircondition was really noicy and no option to have it on «silent», it was full power and icecold. Small room, but it was ok. Not for families who would like privacy ( at least our room with one queen bed ) If you wanted to take a dump, and the other take a shower, you could watch each other through the glass wall.
