Townhouse living at it's finest! 3 bedroom property at an AMAZING value. SLEEPS 8!!! Newly Remodeled Bathrooms in 2024 with Walk in Showers in Both!
Air Conditioning Split Units Installed Throughout Entire unit, all bedrooms, and living room.Upgraded appliances, furniture, granite counter tops; Flat Screen TV's now in the living room & in all the bedrooms!
There is queen bed in the downstairs bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms feature two extra long twin beds in one bedroom and a California King sized bed in the primary bedroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Have a larger group? We manage Townhome#37 that's a 3 bedroom that also sleeps 6 next door. Both townhomes would sleep 14 total!
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to use.
The Big Island is also known as the golf capital of Hawaii with 16 courses, 11 that are located in West Hawaii.

Best vacation!! Great place to stay and the rental agency is easy to work with. The place had everything we needed and close to the beach. We will be going again next yr.

Excellent location, very beautiful and close to everything. Very professional staff and prompt responses. Townhouse was quiet, private and clean. We had four adults and four kids in our party, so it was great to have space for so many people, including a kitchen and washer/dryer. Couch had been upgraded with rest of livingroom and dining room furniture (original post said fold out couch, replacement dies not fold out) by the time we got there, but there were rollup mattresses instead so it worked out fine.
