Everything was great! Nice place, close to market, close to the beach and restaurants. However, houses in the neighborhood had chickens and they wake us up super early! They were loud!

Unit was true to the online pictures. Very nice accommodation. 3 bdr’s upstairs. Pull out sofa bed. Nice shaded lanai. The garage was a bonus to park our rental. Within walking distance to both Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. Only negative were the roosters out side behind the Co. old which began daily around 4 am.

The condo was in perfect condition with a fully supplied kitchen and bathrooms. The location is very safe for families while still being close to everything. The space was clean with updated furniture and a great patio for cooking.

Whoever took the photos for this listing deserves a prize because they make it look much nicer than it actually is. Don't get me wrong, this is a very nice unit in a good location "steps from the beach" with a really nice design including the panoramic windows in the front. Unfortunately, those panoramic windows don't look out on the ocean or even a nice garden, they look out onto the parking lot. To get to the beach you have to walk through that parking lot, across the street, and through one of the resorts on the other side. Also, the parking lot has a gate which can be opened only by a keypad that is not accessible from a car, so every time you come back from a drive you have to get out of the car to open the gate. Not a huge big deal, but it is annoying.
On the plus side, this is a very nice place to stay, very roomy, a nice lanai, well equipped, reasonably well maintained, though it could use a little updating. The management company was very good, responding promptly to a couple of maintenance issues that we had. All in all we had a very nice stay, but we probably wouldn't go back.
